      <description>&lt;P&gt;We just purchased a replacement contactless chip reader, believing our older model to be dead. The brand new reader won’t pair either! The lights won’t even flicker when you press the button to pair, it’s plugged in and fully charged, and still nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
