Remove quantity option

Is there a way to have the quantity +- not show when a customer is ordering an item. I have the quantities set up with discounts as variations. It's very confusing to customers. I don't want them to be able to select more than 1 in the quantity section.

Can you tell us a bit more about how you've set up your items, and the variations/discounts? Are your items one-offs, or are multiple items available? I'll keep an eye out for your reply.

It’s a single item but it’s discounted if they order 2 or 3. I have 3 variations, a single at one price, 2 sets at a discounted price and 3 sets at a third price. If the customer increases the number, it doesn’t put the discount and creates confusion

At this time, there isn't a way to remove the "+" option online. As a workaround, you could consider setting up separate items in multiples, or submit this as a feature request here.

You're suggesting setting each one up as an individual item? Is there any other way to set up multi purchase discounts?

You can create a coupon code your customers can enter in the checkout, and specify which items are included. To create a coupon, sign in to your Square Online dashboard, select Settings > Coupons > Add Coupon

We sell organizational memberships and the quantity selector at checkout confuses our members and puts extra workload on our nonprofit volunteers. Please fix this?

There should be an option to remove the quantity selector. I sell custom signs that have to be personalized. I have had customers get charged double and triple shipping costs because of this.
