Hello! We've had the same website through square since 2020. Randomly on Wednesday, our website is now saying "Not Secure" and that our certificate has expired. We have done some troubleshooting by un-publishing and re-publishing our website.

Without success, we reached to customer support where they said the our DNS was not correct and they worked on it. Unfortunately, our website is still showing the same message and has been down for a few days.

Our domain is up to date and purchase through square: beekindsyracuse.com

Any suggestions would be amazing! Thank you!

I'm not sure what happened with the DNS, but it looks like it was a one-off error. The DNS and SSL have been corrected, and the site is loading properly now. 😊 Please let us know if you see something different from your end.

Hello hello. I am in the process of creating a new site and got a similar message. This is a new site so it may just be an issue of setting things up. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Hey there @TerenehIdia and welcome to the Seller Community 👋

If you recently started your website you will want to make sure that your SSL is enabled on the Website Editor Settings. If it already is and you still get the not secure message, please let me know. However, if you enable it, it can take up to 24 hours to appear secure.
