My site is not charging sales tax even tho I’ve entered an amount

Hello @Prolificbruja thanks for your post. You'll need to setup your tax rate in your settings, and then when you enter specific items in your inventory you can choose whether those are Taxable, or tax example (so also check your item you're trying to assign the tax to.)

For info on setting up your Sales Tax rate in your Square account, check this info here.

And you would go here in your Dashboard to setup a tax rate.
