Banner not displaying in its totality

The banner does not display correctly no matter what option I choose - I tried all the available ones. The size of my picture is 2000 by 1000 pixels. Please check the video:

First of all, welcome to the Square Community 👋

Now, regarding your situation, this is a known limitation of Square Online. My advice would be to use a picture that doesn't extend to the borders, and there is definitely a cutoff that happens depending on the size of the screen.
