We are trying to get our sellers to name their devices for reporting information. However, a few of our sellers are having the issue that their Device Name is telling them they are "unauthorized".

How de we go about fixing this? (And getting this to the right help?)

@Bakery2Go I am not extremely familiar with this feature, but I would love to try and help. What are your sellers using?

@Lovewell This is where they are using the square app via their phones.
More > Settings > Hardware > Device Name
