I think it's a scam since I can't find how to read reviews. Any ideas?

You can navigate to

Customers -> Customer Directory -> Feedback

And then view any feedback that has been received. This is usually a response to an electronic receipt that was sent to the customer by text or email.

On that receipt they have the ability to click a button to provide feedback.
