    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't get any DNS records to save, TXT or CNAME, in order to verify ownership for Gworkspace trial. I acquired my domain through square. I have two domains and two websites. Attempting to verify one of the domains for one of the websites.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the square online side it just lets me click save but doesn't actually add anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At some point I got into the weebly.com domain management side of things that appeared to allow more manual control. Saving the records there gave a generic error message about unable to save the changes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've seen the 12/24 thread about this issue and it didn't seem to go anywhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How does one fix this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In some cases, contacting Square Support is the only fix. Tell them:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to verify my domain ownership for a Google Workspace trial by adding a TXT (or CNAME) record. My domain is registered through Square/Weebly, and I'm following the steps under Website &amp;gt; Domains &amp;gt; DNS Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, every time I enter the record and click Save, nothing happens or the change doesn’t stick. I’ve tried multiple browsers and incognito mode with no success. I need to verify ownership for Google as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please check the backend for my domain and help me save the following record?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Record Type: TXT&lt;BR /&gt;Host/Name: @&lt;BR /&gt;Value: google-site-verification=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (Replace with your actual value)&lt;BR /&gt;TTL: 3600&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or if using CNAME:&lt;BR /&gt;Record Type: CNAME&lt;BR /&gt;Host/Name: googleXXXXXXXXXXXX&lt;BR /&gt;Value: google.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help—this is time-sensitive and holding up my Google Workspace setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another thing have you tried multiple times to save your DNS changes? If so try doing it in Incognito Mode or a different browser. Square’s DNS panel is known to glitch sometimes, especially after timeouts or cookies build up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
