Can't get Quick Shop to work?

Hi there. I can't get the Quick Shop to appear as an option no matter which layout is used. I need for the shopper to be able to have this option while shopping so they don't have to leave the current page. Any status of it being fixed or appearing as an option? The prior instructions for Square include the following: "

Show Item Title and Price
Just what it sounds like - this will display the title and price of the item on hover. Use this only if you are not already displaying this information below each item image.

You can also enable or disable the Quick Shop option here. This feature allows customers to view item details and add items to their cart without needing to leave the current page (not available on the masonry layout or when showing item title and price on hover)." Hey @smckinley99,

This is odd. So you do have Quick Shop enabled correct?

And did you test this on your end or was the customer reporting this?

It sounds buggy to me. You might have to contact our CS team and have them file a ticket for you if it's not behaving as intended.

It doesn’t show up as a choice in the menu no matter which layout I choose in the setup. I noticed it as well as one of my customers. At a quick glance, it looks like other people have had the same issue listed in other forum categories.

You can give us a call at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to validate your account.
