Hey @countycorner I'm not sure I completely understand your question, but you can charge a flat rate for shipping if you have a separate account with say USPS or UPS, or you can upgrade your Weebly account and set parameters for the shipping to be charged based off weight or order size. This will be done on Shipping on the Online Store Dashboard.

Being a small brick and mortar, have you found customers to be ok with a flat rate and if so, what kind of rates are you charging?

Is your online store built on Weebly (this is Square's eCommerce platform).

If yes, here is a useful post that talk about the different shipping tools and benefits. I believe some include shipping discounts depending on volume.
