&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does it show up as two different transactions on your dashboard, or just on their credit card statements?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's just on their credit card statements, often it's a Pending Charge and then the Real Charge, and the Pending Charge just drops off after a few days or a week. This is typical of any Credit Card Sale &amp;amp; Processor.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's showing up as two charges on your Transactions tab on your Dashboard, then there might be something else going on and you'd have to contact Square Support.&lt;/P&gt;
