      <title>Can I change the reason for refund after its been processed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My assistant was flustered and selected "fraudulent charge" as reason for refund when truly the situation was an accidental charge (scanned items barcode twice when customer only purchased a single of the item).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would like to change the reason especially in this case as there was no fraudulent activity related to this credit card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
