Just checking if refunds are currently taking the 2-7 days described by square. I hit $99.99 (an extra 9) instead of $9.99. The customer is now saying that the refund hasn't hit her account yet and she has a bill due tomorrow. And Square says it takes 2-7 biz days. YIKES!

In this case, I would recommend contacting our support team (you can send one of the moderators a DM, reach us on social media, or reach out via in app messenger) to see if they can confirm your refund's status. In some cases we can provide an ARN to help the bank locate a completed refund.
