OK Items can be a Bundle of Variations of other Items. I would like to have a Variation as a Bundle.

Case in point: I run a mattress store. A Box Spring Item has Variations for all sizes except the King size which is actually 2 Twin XL units as far as inventory goes. This is what I would like:

9" Box Spring

Twin

Twin XL

Full

Queen

King <-- needs to be a bundle of 2 Twin XL above, with it's own retail price

Selling a King deducts 2 Twin XL boxes.

This is also needed for Mattress Bundles:

Rocky Point Mattress

Twin Mattress

Twin Set (This Twin with aforementioned 9" Twin Box Spring)

Twin XL Mattress

Twin XL Set (This Twin XL with 9" Twin XL Box Spring)

Full Mattress

Full Set (This Full with 9" Full Box Spring)

Queen Mattress

Queen Set (This Queen with 9" Queen Box Spring)

King Mattress

King Set (This King with TWO 9" Twin XL Box Springs)

I can make Pseudo bundles for the Sets by creating a Category for each Mattress Model and creating Item Bundles to load in them, but this becomes cumbersome and does not address the inventory shenanigans that I currently need to do in order to keep track of the "King" box spring units.

I hope that someone can add this feature as I'm sure others will find it useful.

Hi @vodhin, thank you for reaching out again!

I just responded to your previous post here, and I would offer the same advice for this post as well. Adding your idea as a Feature Request on Ideate would be the next best step. When you post on Ideate, not only can other Sellers comment on your idea if they also feel it would be helpful, but our project managers also review those boards for potential new ideas and improvements that they may implement. It is a great public forum for all Square Sellers.

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be happy to help.

That is odd, @vodhin.

Here is a link directly to the Square for Retail Ideate platform, for you to try.

Let me know if that does not work and I can look into this further!
