I deactivated an employee after I run payroll...but employee never got their Direct Deposit.

Can I pay with a check? how this work with square and taxes. Anyone?

Hey! If your processed payroll for the employee, they should be listed on the run with the net pay. You can write them a check and the taxes will be paid.
