How do I enter an item without a variation.

How do I enter an item without a variation. The pricing block seems to be missing. The only place to put the price is in the variation block.

Hi @Biff and welcome to the Seller Community! I can see how confusing this would look. If you just add the item price for that single item in the variation field and do NOT add any other variations, then the item will appear as normal on the Point of Sale app. 🙂

I wish that worked, but it does not. I can enter it correctly on my mobile device, but when it moves over to my website it shows the variation box and you must click on it and pick regular.

@Biff did you create a new website through Square or did you have a website with Weebly before you switched over? I am wondering if this has something to do with the older Weebly websites as I just tested this on my demo account and the variation option didn't show for my single variation items.

Also, can you please share your URL so I can take a closer look?

No I have always used Weebly, this is not the first item I have created. Many have come and gone, For months and I have not had a problem, until now. thevillagespoloboosterclub.com. You can look at membership, and it is fine. It’s current items that always add the variable box.

@Biff this may be a bug that support will need to escalate to engineering if this is only happening with new items. I would suggest contacting them for the higher tier of support.
