How to switch my Square software?

I setup Square account and installed POS Retail version. After tested Retail version for few weeks, I found it is not suitable with my store, the main reason is because it is not compatible with a weight scale. Now I am trying regular Point of Sale version. Can you tell me how to transfer Retail to regular version please? Thank you.

Hey @bpcmarket450

It's super easy if you're on a Tablet, you just download the regular Square POS app and log in with the same information, and done - nothing to transfer or anything like that.

If you're on the Trial for Retail and you don't want to use it, you might want to make sure that it's cancelled so you don't get charged.
