Auto Create issues

Has anyone had issues when using Auto Create A.I. tool? When I search a GTIN, It pops up with good data, but only allows me to select edit existing. When I try, it does not bring the data in and or the image. Here is an example.

I tried auto-create with this same GTIN number and it worked for me. Once the data appeared on my screen, the pop-up window closed and the data was entered in the correct fields in the item creation screen.

I'm wondering if the issues could be caused by your cache.

To test, you can try to use this feature in a different browser or even a different device. If it works when you use a different browser/device, it is likely your cache is causing this issue. You can simply clear it and try again.

It's also worth checking that you are using the most up-to-date version of your preferred browser.
