While in Checkout, view items by category, then by item

Hi, I had the idea to photo catalog all my items for sale. However, there are many and seeing them all at once in Checkout>Library View (all items listed alphabetically) is ok, but if I knew how, I would loooooove to see my items listed as Checkout>Library>Categories>Items. Is there a way to adjust the view to make this happen? It would make Checkout much more organized for me. Any help is very appreciated! Thank You!

I wanted to get a better idea of what your goal is, so I can provide the best information.

Do you want to sort your Shop All page differently?

If so, you will want to go to Shop All in the Web Editor, click Item List, then click Arrange. Next you will want to add the Items you wish and use the drop own to change the sorting option.

Please let me know if you were thinking of something a little different!

Hi,

I don't have a Web Editor from what I can tell. I have a Square account for my Terminal and the App on my phone. While using the Terminal I would like to:

Open Checkout View > Library

Instead of viewing All Items listed alphabetically, I would like to see the Categories I created.

Is this possible?

OMG! I just figured it out! I am soooooo sorry.

While in Checkout view > Libaray , to the left of the Search icon is a down arrow. This down arrow, when touched, gives the option to view categories...

I feel terrible. I am so sorry. All set!

Is there a way in the phone app in checkout to view the items by category instead of all of them listed alphabetically?

Also, we don't use all of the created items all the time. Is there a way to disable/hide the ones we're currently not using? For example, certain things we only use for a single event around Christmas. I really don't want to see these items except during the event in December.
