Why does me email coupon only discount 1 item?

I have set up my email coupon to discount a specific category at a certain % , yet it only discounts 1 of the items at that percent.

I need it to discount all items rung up that fall under that specific category. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your question, @HotSpot.

I don't believe this is how coupons worked in the past and I wonder if something changed on our end; it should apply the discount individually to each item in the cart that is in the category you've selected. I let our Advanced Support team know so they can look into it. Thanks for letting us know!
