Sales Tax is not adding up correctly in Square Store

In my online store I have two options: Pick up or shipping.

The taxes which are 7% (Florida + my county)) are adding up correctly if the customer chooses to pick up the order but if they choose shipping, the tax amount is wrong. For instance if the total is $24, the system is saying taxes is $1.56 when is reality the 7% should be $1.68. I do not charge tax on the $8 to ship and I have not clicked on the "Taxes are included in item prices" option. I'm frustrated!

Hi there @leynacannon 👋

Some of your customers are selecting shipping as the fulfillment option, then seeing a tax rate other than the 7% Florida tax rate. Are their shipping addresses in Florida, or is their shipping address outside of Florida?

They are shipping in Florida. I just tried resetting my tax info and the most recent order was correct so hopefully that resolved the issue.
