    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, the domain dashboard is where your domain was purchased from (GoDaddy, NameCheap, IONOS etc).&amp;nbsp; That is where you would update to the new email address if its different than originally set it up for.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently changed my account email.&amp;nbsp; I have updated it via Settings -&amp;gt;General and in the Sender Profile on the Store Emails page.&amp;nbsp; My test emails are still being sent to the old account.&amp;nbsp; What am I missing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Are you using your .com business email?&amp;nbsp; If so, you need to change it inside the Domain provider dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thats correct, I updated to my business email address at my domain.&amp;nbsp; The domain and email is hosted by a 3rd party however.&amp;nbsp; When you refer to the "Domain dashboard", is this within Square?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your ideas.&amp;nbsp; The error was on Square's end.&amp;nbsp; They needed to update the email address on the backend where I did not have access.&amp;nbsp; A couple of emails back and forth to the Square Support Center straightened it out.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
