Sqaure use for optical order/job status tracking for Optometry Practice

Hello,

We are opening our new private optometry practice in December of 2020. We have used square for our business and would love to keep as many features within the square system that we can. Within the practice, we will have an optical. We will need to be able to create "jobs" or orders for some clients, that will be shipped out to a specialty lab to be made.

We need a way for our team members to be able to change the status of the "job"/order in order to refelect where the customers order is at in the process.

Shipped, Received, Received at lab, completed job received, and then dispensed would be ideal status option for the team members to be able to change the order status to.

Does anyone know a way to do this or do any optometry practices currently use square for this? Any insight or ideas or information would be greatly appreciated!!
