    <description>&lt;P&gt;We received our first online orders.&amp;nbsp; We went in and updated the orders to reflect that items had been shipped via USPS with corresponding tracking numbers.&amp;nbsp; Customers received emails notifying them their items had shipped but did not receive the USPS tracking number.&amp;nbsp; Shouldn't they have received this information?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As long as you've followed the directions laid out in &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6950-manage-orders#fb7981f639f6c8a41da45b2afacb132a" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt; from our Support Center, the&amp;nbsp;email sent to your customer confirming&amp;nbsp;the shipment should have included the tracking number. It would look like this in the email:&lt;/P&gt;
