    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to "Add Stock" using Square App on iPad. (1) Add Stock; (2) Receive Stock; (3) Scan a barcode or search for items to add stock. I then scan the barcode and the item scanned accurately shows up on the iPad screen. (4) "Next" in blue box at top right of iPad screen: (5) "Confirm" in blue box at top right of iPad screen. Then the screen shows an exclamation point in a trianbel the word "Error" and a blue box that says "Cancel Request." This happens whether I use the scanner of add the SKU at step 3 above.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Note that the item also is included with the item library on the Square Dashboard - item description, SKU, vendor, vendor code, cost, price, etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you updated the software on your iPad and Square app recently?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Also, what type of barcode scanner are you using?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I want to get a better context of what you're experiencing, so I can steer you in the right direction.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
