Today a customer came and showed me a text message like this text message.

How can this happen ??

If this is what happens to all the customer, it's terrible.

we have not customize the optional message

That's really strange - maybe someone edited by accident?

You should be able to edit your automated responses by clicking through each one at the bottom of this page:

https://squareup.com/appointments/business/client_relations

no one edited those message

and also i checked other customers txt message, message was delivered well.

but i can not check all of our customers txt message

Did you click through every one of the custom templates at the bottom of that page to check if any of them had that text?

Hi @BK101 - wow, this is very strange indeed. So sorry for the confusion, I would agree with Pesso on this one, it looks like someone may have edited your custom appointment reminders. Either way, we would love to help get to the bottom of this for you.

When you can, flag this over to our Support Team. They will take a deep dive with you into your Account Settings to insure the issue gets resolved.
