How can I allow team members to create and receive purchase orders without giving them full access?

The title of this post has been edited from the original: how to create a team permission to allow creating and receiving purchase orders without full access

has anyone been able to figure out how to assign a permission to a team member where they can create, view and receive purchase orders without giving full owner access to the dashboard?

My team members cannot get to any of the inventory management. I am subscribed to square for retail - paid.

You should be able to do this, @mythicrunning!

This is possible to set up through your Square Dashboard, in the Team section. First, you'll need to make sure that Items are enabled, then you'll need to ensure that the team member profile has access to all locations! Let me know if questions come up about this.

Hi there,

Is there any way that I can give employees access to update inventory and receive orders but NOT allow them to create new items? I would like for my General Managers to be able to receive inventory and update their stock levels but they should not be able to create new products/items, indicate pricing etc.

Thanks for writing in @MadeleineCB - giving employees the ability to edit inventory will allow them to create new items. it's an all or nothing permission.
