How do I create a support ticket to have a few orders edited?

Hello! I have a few orders that had taxes included in the order and I'm trying to edit them so that they have zero taxes. Since the feature isn't available yet, how do I submit a support ticket to have someone remove them on the back end so they don't show up in my reports?

Currently, we do not offer the ability to be able to edit transactions or completed orders - including through our Support Team. The only way to truly rectify a transaction or order would be to refund the transaction and re-take payment with the correct tax applied.
