Shouldn't the subtotal include all coupons applied and then based on this subtotal, shipping would be calculated?</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Same concept as the $ amount threshold for Loyalty. We have ours setup so that a customer must purchase a certain dollar amount to receive a star.
