      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had many customers state that they have tried to check out but their card gets declined. &amp;nbsp;They are valid cards. &amp;nbsp;I have no clue why this is happening. &amp;nbsp;The latest is my sister. &amp;nbsp;Online transactions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
