End sale report can not print

I have square for many years and just resent we can’t print out our end sale report. Can you please help. We can see them but we like the receipt to be printed too.

Hey there! Sounds like your printer might be disconnected. Have you checked you printer station settings yet to confirm?

My sales report is not printing out on my terminal (which we use as our printer). We are using restuarant pos stand with terminal

I found some troubleshooting steps here. Can you confirm if you have tried the steps outlined, and if you are still having trouble? Can you print anything else out, or is it just the sales report?
