      <title>SQUARE APP - Order ACTION BUTTON and EMAIL TEMPLATE ERRORS</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently received an order for &lt;STRONG&gt;Pickup&lt;/STRONG&gt; which I updated on the Square App once the order was &lt;STRONG&gt;Ready for Pickup&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Once changing the &lt;STRONG&gt;Order status&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;to Ready for Pickup&amp;nbsp;with the &lt;STRONG&gt;Action&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Button&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; The button disappeared not allowing the order Status to be changed via the Square App&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I had to log into my Square Dashboard; go to Orders and update the Orders to Picked Up and Complete them.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also this same order brought to my attention that my &lt;STRONG&gt;Pickup Instructions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;which is part of an &lt;STRONG&gt;Email Template&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;that is emailed to my Customers did not populate correctly.&amp;nbsp; I attempted to fix this and sent several Test Emails but the &lt;STRONG&gt;Pickup Instructions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;disappeared from the Email even though the Email Template shows them as part of the email&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I ended up inserting a Text Box within the Email Template showing our Pickup Instructions in the emails our customer receive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
