I just ordered the Square register bundle and the sticky label printer. Just read that the label printer is NOT compatible. is this true? What label printer would be compatible??

Hi Terry, we got the same issue here too!

We bought Square Register and found it doesn't compatible to the TSP654SK sticky label printer. Can you advise the common solution here for this?

We are a coffee shop that we need to get the label sticker on the cup. Square Register is paperless which is now better. But these two are not computable to each other. Need suggestions!

I have the same issue here... Square Register does not seem to work with a sticky label printer (ugh). Had I known that up front, I would've bought iPads instead. Hopefully there's a solution soon.

I also have square register and in desperate need to sticky printer, could I run a tablet alongside my square register to have sticky label work off of? Just reaching for straws here.

Not sure if you all saw this or not?? But looks like they rolled the sticky label printer out back in August of 2021: https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Product-Updates-Archive/New-Label-Printer-and-Sticky-Labels-Support-for-Square-Point-of/ba-p/291154

My biggest issue at the moment is lack of support on the Square Register for 58mm label width printing. The 80mm are too large for standard-sized coffee cups. I have a comment at the end of that thread stating as such and will hopefully get a response about it soon!

However, if you are using the Square app on an iOS device (like a tablet or phone), there *IS* an option to adjust paper size and it works great! Not helpful for us, though, since our cafe runs entirely off of 2 Square Registers
