Questions on selling a Zoom class on Square Online

We want to sell ~400 Zoom seminars in our Square store. Upon purchase, we want to send an automated email with the zoom login information. Is this functionality available.? Can we customize an order confirmation email based on a specific item?

Hi,

Yes this is all possible.

You'll need a calendar to manage your Zoom Classes like https://acuityscheduling.com/#gref

which integrates with Square. You can also easily integrate Acuity with Zoom.

To market your classes, you can embed your Acuity Calendar on your website, Instagram and Facebook. Here is a great example of an integration with Acuity (no Zoom), but that part is easy. This salon https://www.nappstar.com/ uses Square to process appointments made online and in-store

How is your Zoom login info currently stored? You said you'd like the email to auto-send, so I assume you have the login info already made?

If that's the case, then we can help you create a quick little one page Admin Website that'll automatically send those Login Info emails upon each purchase. We'd be happy to do it for free.

how can my customers purchase my online zoom code for workout classes through square? i not sure how to set up item that when they purchase the online code it will be see after they purchase it first. it there a way to sell a none physical item? or one they can download later purchase?? i don't want to use PayPal i want all my business transactions through square

Ok so i have read the threads. So acuity is only way to send a link over after a purchase is made on square? Is there another free link?
