&lt;P&gt;1. One quick fix is to try unplugging and plugging everything back up and restart the ipad.&amp;nbsp; Making sure something didn't wiggle loose can happen and I have had an ipad update make everything look off but need a hard restart.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2.&amp;nbsp; Is there power to the printer? (Lights On)&amp;nbsp; You can plug another usb device into the printer to double check the problem is the usb hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; Wiggle the cords around.&amp;nbsp; I have had a short happen in the usb hub before that sometimes a little wiggle may fix at least until you can diagnose further.&amp;nbsp; You can use a lightning to usb cord (like the charging cord) to see if the usb hub is recognized.&lt;/P&gt;
