Why is my shop all link not working?

On my square online site i have a shop all in the navigation links that i added. my sub links under it work, but the main shop all doesnt work at all. the page just blinks. the weird thing is the shop all link works in the website builder preview & edit mode, but not published.

HI, need a bit more information to hopefully help. I understand you created another Shop All with subcategories? and the auto generated Shop All is not working? and you can see which Shop All in preview?

Can you send a screenshot of this? editor, navigation, shop all that does display, error message if any

Pressnon.square.site if you go here and look at the navigation links at the top you will see shop all. This link doesn't go anywhere. That's my issue. But when you hover over shop all, there are categories of my products, those links do work. When I'm in edit mode for the site (unpublished) the shop all link I have set up works. I wasn't able to load the screenshot

When I go to your link for hanger hues and click on your shop all button it goes to all of your items. Mine doesn't navigate to all items, it doesn't go anywhere

HI, thanks for the link and info. When you made the Shop All to have subcategories it made the Shop All a non-link page header and it will not link as my Shop All.

This is my personalized gifts website, you will see my categories and how Holidays, Occasions, Seasons and Sports are split out to a category link and is another way to create subcategories.

HI, thanks for the screenshot and information. When you made the Shop All with subcategories it disabled the link for a Shop All like mine.

HI, yes you can. Create a new page, (be sure to add the navigation link to the header), name it anything you like, add the subcategories you created before to the new page you just created. This will add them to the new page link and remove them from Shop All. Then the Shop All page should return to a normal Shop All page.

hi, thanks for helping. still not sure what im doing incorrect. followed your directions and i even tried to delete to shop all and add it back, but its still not working

HI, ok when I click the "More" you added in the header and I see that Shop All is listed there with the subcategories.

Navigation Menu opens this

Can you please send screenshots of what yours looks like?
