&lt;P&gt;"A customer left you negative feedback (#7vFQ)"&amp;nbsp; after Customer left us negative feedback in retaliation for charging them a $20 Processing Fee for violating the Code of Conduct of our Agreement.&amp;nbsp; Customer's rambling narrative incl. untruths and deceitful omissions.&amp;nbsp; How can we best correct the Record to remove this unfair slander on our business?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;
