&lt;P&gt;While you cannot create custom reasons, you can select &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Other&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; and then write in the reason:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for bumping this Feature Request up a bit and adding your voice in support here, &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/336632"&gt;@restaurantUser&lt;/a&gt; - we agree, this would be a major help to many users who need more flexibility in documentation.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Suggestion: please add '&lt;STRONG&gt;out of stock&lt;/STRONG&gt;' to the list.&amp;nbsp; This is the #1 reason we refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
