Blurry Images in Email Marketing (through gmail only!)

Hello! When I upload my image into the software, it looks great.
The image is 800 x 6000 pixel png image with a 2.3 MB size.

When I post it to my customers, it looks horribly blurry! - But only through gmail!
It looks great in apple mail etc.

Has anybody else experienced this or does anyone have any insight on how to solve?

Hey @Mollyk_Alfred and welcome to the Community!

I personally haven't seen this issue before and since it's only affecting Gmail it either sounds buggy or it's only showing that way on your end in the preview like that.

Either way it probably shouldn't do that- so I'd recommend contacting our direct CS team to take a look with you and file a ticket if need be.
