Sync Woo, Square and QBO

I am curious to know if anyone in this group has been successful at syncing Square, Woo and QBO with inventory and orders. If so, which woo extension or square app did you use and how many products do you carry?

Hi! Have you tried this Woo Commerce plug-in? The workflow is a bit complex to describe on text but you're able to create product and subscriptions on WooCommerce while processing payment on Square.

@isabelle thanks for the tag. Yes there is a WooCommerce plug in called subscriptions https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/

Sellers can create products / subscriptions in their cart, while processing payments on Square. If this is of interest to the community happy to share more or feel free to DM me. We're an official Square partner too. 🙂

@GoGoGuest Thank you for the response. Yes we are using WooSubscriptions and Square. For some reason the inventory is not syncing to square and the orders stopped sending customer information. I am using the Woocommerce Square plugin and have Woo set as the inventory owner. I do need help troubleshooting.

@DanceDress1 that is great! are you working with a developer? It may be as simple as an app update or re-entering your authorization key or token. Have you tried that? Feel free to DM.
