Square POS and Woo Commerce

Hi,

I opened my retail store 3 weeks ago. It is an old style brick-and-mortar. I am doing only in-person sales. I am also searching for the ways in which I can start an online store.

I am using Square Register in my retail store. My webpage (kolonyacarre.com) is made through Squarespace. However, I learnt that Square Register is not compatible with Squarespace. For the time being, I am happy with Square Register and I am looking ways for an integrated system which would work both online and in-store. Therefore, I might use WooCommerce or any other online store that is integrated with the Square Register POS. Before deciding about the online platform, I have a couple of questions.

1. I purchased the domain name through Squarespace. If I start online store (let's say Woo Commerce) what will be the name of my website?

2. Would it be possible to refund, return or exchange an item that is sold online. Which online platform is the best? Let's say if a person buys something online but comes to the store (actual physical location) and want to exchange it. Can I do it through Square Register? This is probably the most important part of the integration.

3. Does the Woo Commerce (or any other online platform which can be integrated with Square Register) allow me to do local delivery (for certain zip code) and in-store pick-up?

3. Is the WooCommerce integrated with Shipstation and Taxjar?

4. How can I sell through instagram and Facebook?

HI, best advice is to post this same post on WooCommerce Community. Sellers there are already utilizing both.

Domain. You would need to advise Squarespace you are moving and need your domain.
