On my Checkout screen, there are boxes for Items, Customers, Discounts & Saved Carts. And below those is an entire list of all items. Can I add a different box for categories instead of one of those four that are already there?

How can I customize my checkout screen? There are 4 boxes - Items, Customers, Discounts & Saved Cards. I'd like to put Categories in place or in addition to them.
