Import Template

I've been building my catalog by importing directly from a wholesale portal.

Now I'm at the point where I need to upload excel files to my items but I don't have the option anymore of downloading the Square Template - does that exist anywhere?

I've also tried to delete my catalog to start over and that seems impossible.

Welcome to the Community, @bramble79 -

What internet browser are you using?

If you use Chrome and go to your Dashboard > Items> Actions - you will see the import option for your Item Library.

Please let me know if that doesn't do the trick or you were looking for something different.

I have the same problem as Bramble79. After taking the steps above, the "download our template file" is not available.

@plants - can you export the items you already have and use the downloaded CSV as a template?

Possible, but I don't want to repeat the mistakes done last year (not using option sets), so need to see how it SHOULD have been done.
