    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to add my support for the option to customize the return reasons along with reporting that shows stats for those reasons. &amp;nbsp;Generic reasons not specific to your business are not helpful. &amp;nbsp;Additionally, given that there is no way to run a report that shows totals for each reason and/or percent of total, they have little value at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There isn't a setting that customizes return reasons I'm afraid. You can add a custom note to the refund by selecting &lt;EM&gt;Other.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
