Compatible barcode scanners for display scanning?

Is anyone using a square terminal compatible barcode scanner that reads phone screens? We've tested two listed scanners and neither can see the barcode on phone screens. We want to offer coupons via email/text.

What barcode scanner did you try? I use the Zebra DS6878-SR 2D wireless scanners now and did use the Zebra DS2208-SR 2D USB scanners with the Square stand and have been able to scan barcodes on phones. I do not have a Terminal so I do not know if these would work for those.

When it comes to scanning code on phone screens, it can be a little tougher. I would recommend trying out the Zebra DS9908 or DS9308. If you need multiple, try one at first to make sure you have success before buying multiple (just in case).
