      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/287483"&gt;@salescvillearts&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 3 ideas that may help you to you get the SKU fixed when selecting an item:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In your Items where you have Variation 1 change the name to the SKU&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Add a Picture to each Variation instead of just the default TW image&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Use Barcodes for the items to scan each item at the point of sale.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you have a SKU formula you could search for the SKU&amp;nbsp; Instead of searching for&amp;nbsp; PWW TD search for TWPDE for example&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me for the Variation I have both an Image of the Item and something to let me know I choose the correct one if the barcode fell off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So my item might be&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scent of Candle&amp;nbsp; Lilac for example and then the Variations are the size or container the candle is in&amp;nbsp; 16oz for example&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is an image how my Item Lilac looks with Variations&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Yes some are duplicated because I used easy SKU before knowing Square could create an SKU easily.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="lilacitems.png" style="width: 729px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.squareup.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/50884iF1A8C5EC4AC3F88A/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="lilacitems.png" alt="lilacitems.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could edit the Variation Name like I have for 28oz, 28 oz and 150 which are all basically the same sized jars just different Jars.&amp;nbsp; But then I liked the 7 character codes Square creates to keep my barcode the same size instead of my custom sku codes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
