Inventory management for multiple locations

Hello,

We have a retail location as well as a small warehouse location for some inventory overflow. We've added the warehouse location, but we're wanting to be able to search and track inventory by each individual location. For instance - we may have the 10 of the same pillow and want to take 5 of them to the warehouse (leave 5 at the retail loc.) How would we easily see or run a report that tells us what we have in each location vs. doing an individual item search and looking at the stock history? TIA.

If you are looking to view this information on the screen, you can do the following:

In the Dashboard, Items->Item Library will show you a list of inventory and a Stock column with the count of On Hand. In the filters, you could toggle by a specific location to view the count for the items in that location.

If you are looking to print the information, you can export to CSV or Excel and manipulate with sorting and grouping and all the fun spreadsheet things that we can do.

I haven't found a way to only export certain items, so your file will have all locations and all items regardless of the filters you choose before you export.
