&lt;P&gt;Are you trying to separate labor during in-person sales using our Point-of-Sale app? Or for Online sales?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;One thing you can do is create separate items, one for labor, one for materials, for example. Then make the non-taxable portion tax exempt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Let me know if that works for you!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I sell a lot of custom products. How can I separate the taxed portion from the non taxable portion. For example, I have custom baskets $65 in inventory. Of the $65; $40 is labor charge. Is there a way that would allow me to select this item and only tax the taxable portion?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
