    <description>&lt;P&gt;In order to change the quantity on hand for a product, you must now take off "Tracking" and then put it back on in order to change the quantity on hand.&amp;nbsp; You must still choose a reason so I don't get why.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I just tested it out in my point of sale application. I also tested on my dashboard, and did not have to turn off tracking in order to update quantity.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This sounds like it might be a account specific issue that support will need to take a further look into.
