    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269629"&gt;@CHRISTYFOR&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems like your settings might've changed to auto-assign ticket numbers instead of Name.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This setting can be changed by heading to Settings &amp;gt; Checkout &amp;gt; Order Tickets &amp;gt; and making sure Enter custom number or name is selected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This should correct this behavior and I hope this information is helpful!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Customer name no longer prints on customer receipt. This problem started back in March. It happens at both store locations. We have tried the factory reset and sent a diagnostic report to square but nothing has been fixed. We found a work around by saving the customer cart and reopening the cart for customer name to appear, this takes up quite a bit more time and employees often forget. Where the customer name used to show on receipt is now just a sequential number that re-starts every day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Christy&lt;/P&gt;</description>
